Job
Description: Incumbents shall work closely with the
Territory Head for export marketing initiative in given
overseas territories. Key responsibilities would include
tenders/enquiries tracking, preparing competitive
techno-commercial proposals, timely implementation of
export contracts and attainment of budgeted profit
margins. The incumbents would also get opportunities to
visit the markets after induction and satisfactory
performance. Key customers would include Governments and
Parastatal entities. Funding would include Lines of
Credit, Multi-lateral funding agencies, UN bodies,
Buying governments funds etc.
Desired
Profile: An engineering graduate with at least 4
years experience in international marketing and
international contracts management for projects /
capital equipment. Additional qualification in Foreign
Trade / MBA is desirable, though not essential. Sound
working knowledge of computers and MS-Office and good
presentation skills are a must. Salient personality
traits would include a smart positive personality and
excellent intra-personnel skills. Working knowledge of
French shall be an advantage.

Description: Incumbents would report to
Head-Exploration and Mining and be involved in Technical
Research on existing and prospective Mineral assets in
Africa, execution of exploration programmes including
Geological mapping, Geochemical sampling (rock, soil and
water) and radiometric survey and drilling.
Desired
Profile: A Master's Degree in Geology / M.Tech with
6-8 years experience in mineral exploration. Knowledge
of uranium exploration would be preferred. The candidate
should be proficient in GIS software and modeling with
knowledge of geological specialized software.

Description: The incumbent would report to Vice
President (F&A) and be responsible for overall
operations of the accounts department and particularly
for maintenance of computerized book keeping and
accounts, preparation of the annual and periodic
financial statements including profit & loss account
and balance sheet, compliance with requirements of
Income Tax, VAT, service tax etc.
Desired
Profile: Chartered Accountant with atleast 6-7 years
of proven experience in working/managing the accounts
department in a reasonably large company in a
computerized work environment and exposure to the
management of direct and indirect taxes are the
essential attributes.
